The EZ-Classic is probably the most functional of the Sun recumbents. Regarded as an all around recumbent, its strength lies in its stability, comfort and predictable handling. BentRider magazine, a journal dedicated to recumbent cycling, described the EZ-1 as “a nearly ideal commuter” and “an excellent path/trail bike”. The Linear Limo is a classic Long wheelbase (LWB) recumbent bike re-engineered for the 21st century. The new Limo is a US made touring recumbent with Under Seat Steering (USS) so your arms are relaxed, even on very long rides. The LWB makes it extra stable so you can relax and enjoy the scenery as it goes by. Its adjustable linkage steering makes it one of the most maneuverable LWB bikes made. Still it’s a pretty versatile bike, suitable for touring, day tripping, commuting century and fitness rides. Whether you want to save some gas on your commute while gaining some fitness, do day trips or cross country tours the Limo is ready to take you there.

The Roadster has under seat steering so your arms are relaxed, even on longer rides. Over Seat Steering is an option if you prefer that. The American Made aluminum short wheelbase frame gives it a sporty, nimble feel and makes it more compact to transport to out of town rides. With linkage steering it is one very maneuverable bike and your knees won’t hit our handlebars in a tight turn. Whether you want to gain some fitness on your commute while saving some gas, do day trips or century rides the Roadster is ready when you are.

Recumbent Cyclist News rated the ’98 tailwind as “the best enthusiast buy in North America". The 20? rear wheel makes adding extra high gearing on the Tailwind (& Wave & Rocket) more difficult than on the Stratus. You can recline the seat further on the Tailwind than the Stratus. The 20? front wheel fits a much wider variety of performance tires than the 16? front tire on the Wave. The Tailwind frame flexes to absorb bumps and is stable at speed. The stem on the Tailwind (and the Wave, and to a lesser extent the Stratus) is quite flexible, sometimes unnerving to beginners. This flex is intentional to dampen bumps and keep your hands comfortable. Riders over ~6?3? won’t fit on a Tailwind (or Wave) very well. Reasonably light and reasonably priced, the RANS Tailwind is a higher performance Wave.

Day 6's very popular, 24-speed semi-recumbent bike. With adjustable back-rest, step-thru design, and 26-inch wheels, the Dream 24 is comfortable and easy to handle. Note: Day 6 states that a size Extra Large fits people from approximately 6'2 to 6'9.
